Stat PotatoTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and statpotato (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Stat Potato website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What the Service is
Stat Potato shows professional Valorant schedules, live scores, results and statistics.
Not gambling, not advice
- We don't accept wagers, hold money for betting, run games of chance, or receive payment from bookmakers.
- Match analysis is an estimate from a statistical model. It can be wrong and is provided for information and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
- Match analysis is only for adults 18 or over, and only where accessing betting-related information is legal. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
Eligibility and accounts
You can browse public pages without an account. If you log in with Discord, you must meet Discord's minimum age and follow Discord's Terms of Service. Your account is identified by your Discord account, and you're responsible for activity on it. Log out on shared devices.
Donations
You can tip us on Ko-fi. Tips are voluntary, don't buy anything or unlock any feature, and are handled by Ko-fi under its own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. That includes attempting to disrupt it, scraping it or automating heavy requests, reselling or redistributing its output as a data feed, sharing your account, or using it to break the law. We may suspend access for misuse.
Data and availability
Match data comes from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We provide the Service “as is” and may change, pause or discontinue features.
Intellectual property
Stat Potato is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Riot Games or any team or tournament organiser. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any losses from decisions you make based on the Service, including betting losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using the Service anytime. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. The “Not gambling, not advice”, “Intellectual property” and “Liability” sections continue to apply afterwards.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
